SC Solutions engineers Hassan Sedarat and Iman Talebinejad presented two papers at the Western Bridges Engineers’ Seminar in Reno, Nevada.
Dr. Sedarat presented his work on developing “An Innovative Procedure for Load Rating of Suspension Bridges.” This paper highlights an analytical approach to develop component-specific demands calibrated to actual bridge condition and performance.
Titled “Innovations in Bridge Engineering”, Dr. Talebinejad presented his studies of an unprecedented multi-movement rail joint designed for the Homer M. Hadley Memorial Bridge in Seattle, WA.
