Dr. Ebert joined SC Solutions in 1996 and is a co-founder of the Systems & Control Division.
Dr. Ebert received a B.S. and an M.S. from the University of Oklahoma and a Ph.D. from Stanford University, all in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Ebert has numerous publications in the areas of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, chemical vapor deposition, modeling and simulation. He is the recipient of three US patents on sensing and semiconductor wafer processing technology.
Dr. Ebert was previously a Research Scientist at Integrated Systems, Inc.
