Matt Bowers

Mr. Bowers has a diverse interdisciplinary technical background and is an emerging leader in engineering design criteria development, design, analysis, and inspection of major transportation projects including highway and railway bridges, tunnels, and transit station facilities. He provides expertise in state-of-the art seismic analysis, complex track/vehicle considerations, and soil-structure interaction while integrating requirements across structural, geotechnical, tunneling, civil, track, and systems disciplines. He has supplemental experience in structural inspections, construction administration, geotechnical foundation evaluation, and construction materials testing.

Mr. Bowers received his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, Washington, and South Carolina. Before joining SC Solutions, he worked as a Structural Analyst for Kimley-Horn and Associates.
